Our Commitment

We do our best to match an owner with an equine that aligns with their desired riding goals and experience level. If at any point you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we strongly encourage you to reach out to KR Training for possible training solutions to keep you and your horse safe. KR Training will gladly take back any horse we have sold without questions for any reason. We can not offer Money Back guarantees but would happily re-home and sell your animal again on consignment.

KR Training would be happy to help you work through any issues you may have with your new equine partner. The most common concern for new horse owners is the horse demonstrating different behavior when they get home and around their new herd mates due to the change of environment. On average, horses need 2-4 weeks to settle into their new home. For your first ride, we recommend having someone hold the horse for mounting; this ensures your first experience with your new equine partner goes well. Your first ride should be in a contained area the horse is familiar with, during this ride you can check your equipment.  We also recommend having someone holding your horse when you dismount in case your saddle has slipped. If you take your time when getting to know your horse, it will lead to a long and happy partnership.
